So this entry is a little over due, since Nick actually left a couple weeks ago, but I thought he needed a send off since he has appeared in many past blog entries. Nick’s been spending a year in Africa in between highschool and college, the “gap year” that’s so popular for Brits and Australians. He volunteered at MCV for a few months, and then we met up again to travel around Malawi. We got a long great, he’s definitely the little brother I never wanted. He randomly volunteered with my sister Megan in Kenya before I met up with him. Nick is now petitioning to be an honorary Brady. Pat, Caryn, what do you think?
I thought I’d send him off with a picture I’m sure he’s going to be showing all the ladies at Pitzer (a college near LA) in the fall. If you’re finding yourself wondering where you can get such a stylish coat, I believe he got it second hand in Tanzania.
And then the azungu were one.

Conor,
I do feel that your Dad and I should be offered the opportunity to vote. After all, we did have some influence over the founding of your little group of four.
I vote in the affirmative and, hereby, extend an open invitation for Nick to visit the homestead at 4140.
love,
Mom
Just a few questions about the proposed adoptee - mere formalities of course:
1) Is he a Red Sox fan?
2) Could he become a Sabres fan?
3) Does he like Halo?
Brendan
Patrick and I recently had a little disagreement as to the identity of a certain figure in one of the blog's posted photos. I was quite sure that the handsome, muscular, bearded young man sitting on the couch was my brother. But my other brother argued that the picture was of Nick. A number of interpretations are possible, of which I will only list a few:
1) Nick has so endeared himself to our family via Conor's blog and Megan's stories that he is essentially already indistinguishable from an actual Brady sibling. Thus, no real need to even ask the question about honorary status.
2) Patrick needs to study some family photo albums.
Welcome to the family, Nicky! When am I going to see you in Seattle?! I'm dying to catch up! Thanks for keeping Conor company in Africa.
Um.... does Nick even read your blog, Conor? I guess I should be writing this to him directly.
I believe he does occasionally, but he'll have to answer that. To avoid further confusion, for most who don't know him. His last name is Booster, thus the title. (some people thought it was some sort of nickname)
